  1. I cancelled my fnb bank card in September 2022 before I left South Africa. I paid all outstanding amounts owed & destroyed the card infront of the bank assistant at Tokai Blue Route Branch in Cape Town who assisted me (in front of my husband) I heard the young man speak to fnb card division and I was given total assurance that all was in order and the destroyed card was cancelled.
However after numerous calls etc I still get accounts (I am unable to work the app) I give up. I need help. Please help me. I have no intention of ever returning to South Africa.

  2. I made a mistake to be lured into taking the offer FNB made to me on internet banking by showing me that I am a extreme valued client and FNB offered me to be a PRIVATE CLIENT CREDIT CARD HOLDER till the day after when I saw the cost involve were 3X my old existing card. As a pensioner and with a very mere income I requested to cancel the APLICATION for the Private Client card. That is where all HELL BROKE LOOSE a month and some later and I was still not able to cancel the card because FNB is absolute deliberate unhelpful to complete the effort successful. Advice everyone be VERY careful of the FNB lures
