- Tap Buy electricity in the top right of the screen
- Click on Purchase history
- Choose the beneficiary you wish to resend the token for

- The token will be displayed on the screen
- Tap on the Share function in the top right of the screen to resend the token
- Select your preferred communication channel to resend the token. You can SMS, Fax or email the token
- Your token is successfully resent
How to resent electricity token via online banking
You can also resent an electricity token to a beneficiary. To do so, you need to take the following steps;
- Go to Payments.
- Choose Purchase prepaid.
- Go to Manage Beneficiaries.
- Select Electricity from the Prepaid Service drop down (Select Electricity).
- Choose the Beneficiary.
- Choose Resend NOP under actions.
