The app uses the same login details that you set up during the registration process. Once registered, log into the app on your phone. Next, go to My pregnancy. Click on the Activate programme. You will then need to complete your Pregnancy Profile. When done, you can use the app to track your pregnancy, get weekly milestones and view personalized checklists.

- Another option is to call Discovery on 0860 99 88 77. Follow the prompts to get registered.
- Your maternity benefits also automatically get activated when you register your baby onto the Scheme.
What maternity benefits do I get?

- Antenatal consultations: A maximum of twelve consultations at your gynaecologist, GP or midwife.
- Ultrasound scans and prenatal screening: 2 ultrasound scans (2D) and one nuchal translucency or Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) screening
- Blood tests: Blood tests for your pregnancy.
- Private ward: Private ward cover up to R1 880 for your approved hospital stay. This is available for the time of your delivery.
- Pre- and postnatal care: Up to five pre- or postnatal classes or consultations with a registered nurse. These are available up to two years after birth. You also have cover for 1 visit to a lactation specialist.
- Essential registered devices: Up to R5 000 in cover for essential registered devices. An example of this is a breast pump. Another example is a smart thermometers. When you buy these devices, you are responsible for a copayment of 25%.
- GP and specialist care after birth: You get cover for your baby under 2 years for two visits to a GP, paediatrician or ENT.
