The sender called his bank Capitec and they confirmed it the payment was made to my account and that I should speak with my bank they must check their Bank server on their side because the money went succesfully and nothing they can do, then I contacted my bank given proof of payment bank replied they have not received any amount from that reference number nothing shows on to their side.
